Project Management

We organize and deliver our customers’ solutions using the best practices of our industry, tailored to the specific needs of our customers. Our project managers are certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI), and are experts at applying traditional and agile methodology to the management of our customers’ development projects. As an added bonus, many of our managers are former software developers, and bring a wealth of technical experience and knowledge to the table. Our managers work directly with our clients, and maintain a close working relationship throughout the delivery process.

Application Development

By developing a clear understanding of the functional requirements of the business needs of our customers, our development teams are able to craft technical solutions that are positioned to meet the current and future needs of the customer. We are adept at developing applications for legacy systems as well as leveraging the latest technology to create new, innovative software products. Our developers are experts in the Microsoft, Java, and open-source technologies, and maintain their edge not only through their daily work but also through ongoing professional education and training. Web Services

In addition to application development, The Proven Method development team also creates websites for our customers. These projects typically meet our customer’s needs for brochure-ware, or information only, type websites and in many cases will be built using content management system (CMS) templates with some level of customization using HTML, CSS and Javascript. We have a design team which assists in the branding and marketing aspects of the website development projects.
